GE..UK / GE..ET Spherical plain bearings
FGB - Maintenance-free (lubrication free) spherical plain bearings are used for applications where long bearing life is required without maintenance (i.e. lubrication) or where operating conditions such as inadequate lubrication (or the absence of lubrication) make the use of Steel-on-Steel bearings inadvisable. Due to their construction, they have very low friction and can be operated without maintenance.
GE-C maintenance-free spherical plain bearing
GE..C spherical plain bearings have a steel/PTFE sintered bronze contact surface combination and are maintenance-free. The sliding surfaces have to be externally protected from contaminants. These bearings are also available with a wider inner ring and a larger outside diameter (suffix GEG or GEH), which enable higher load ratings and larger tilt angles.
GEG-C / GEH-C maintenance-free spherical plain bearing
GEG-C / GEH-C spherical plain bearings have a steel/PTFE sintered bronze contact surface combination and are maintenance-free. The sliding surfaces have to be externally protected from contaminants.
